Our beans come from around the world with a broad range of body, acidity, and flavor. All of our coffee beans are roasted and shipped within 24 hours.
If you would like to order a specific varietal you must call before 11 a.m. Monday-Thursday to receive your freshly roasted coffee beans the next day. All special ordered beans must be a minimum of 12oz.

Great coffee is a sensory experience...the result of hard work and dedication by growers, traders, and roasters. Our roaster buys as many certified organic shade grown, and fairly traded coffees as possible. By these efforts, we provide you with superb coffees from around the world and reinforce our deep commitment to the farmers and the environment.
BODY - this is the sensation of fullness, richness and heaviness that you experience when you "swish" coffee around in your mouth.
ACIDITY - This is the feeling the coffee leaves on your palate. It's a feeling of tartness or snap.
FLAVOR - This is the most ambiguous term of all, as it incorporates all the other terms. Coffees have a world of flavors that can often be described by specific characteristics such as chocolate, fruity, earthy, etc. Most importantly-do you like the flavor?
